Integration of dual fuel electric propulsion technology and re-liquefaction plant is the first application in large LNG tanker.
Arca Regler GmbH/ Germany made a remarkable contribution to the re-liquefaction system on the LNG tanker by providing the necessary compressor anti-surge valves. First Arca has delivered the 4 pc valves, installed with the compressor on the “pan Union” tanker. In the meantime the second and third batch of anti-surge valves have been delivered. The tanker will be finally tested in January to March 2017 and will than start operation transporting LNG produced in Queensland in Australia to China.
Serious surging can bring vane fatigue damage in compressor. Anti-surge valve is to prevent the centrifugal compressor surge phenomenon. As Arca featured product – Anti-surge valve, could avoid surging with accurately adjustment of gas circulation or blow-off flow, timely and effectively to protect the safety of the compressor unit.
Arca anti-surge control valve is with the multistage cage plug and the fixed noise reducion, ANSI class V metal sealing, perfect configuration of actuator accessories and strict hookup that make compressor rapidly away from the surged point, meanwhile ensure valve and downstream pipeline noise are in normal range.
ARCA Regler GmbH was founded nearly 100 years, has been with its innovative technology and excellent quality to win the recognition of the world. Arca take the quality first principle, has always been committed to energy, chemical, steel and food pharmaceutical and other traditional industries, providing the high quality of pneumatic and electric control valve products. Today, new energy industry, will surely give the Arca China team a broader stage.
