The capital resources of ZMK Technologies GmbH from the shareholders have been generously calculated so that sufficient capital for the processing of orders – even larger ones – is and will be available also in the future. On 27 August 2014 ZMK Technologies GmbH was already certified according to DIN ISO 9001.
The Managing Director, Rüdiger Klein, has 22 years of experience in the special petrochemical valve business (e. g. valves for the ethylene, coker and dehydrogenation processes). In ethylene projects – among others – he was the responsible project manager for the valves for many cracking furnaces throughout the world.
In 42 years the Senior Director, Norbert Marx, gained extensive experience in the development, sales and service of special valve production for the chemical and petrochemical industry. Norbert Marx is the holder of various patents for special valves.
For the future ZMK is looking forward to providing this experience to the existing market in an independent and customer-oriented way. ZMK Technologies GmbH has already been very well received on the market and awarded several orders, e. g. for the supply of spare parts and the overhaul of special valves for a complete turnaround which ZMK will carry out for a well-known refinery. Purchase orders for complete ethylene valves have also already been placed.
The team is very service oriented aiming to satisfy customers by:
- supplying customised special valves
- overhauling special valves of all brands and
- supplying the respective spare parts.
This applies among others for:
- main transfer and decoke line valves for ethylene production plants
- slide, guillotine, goggle und vapour overhead isolation valves for FCC units
- coke drum isolation valves for coke production plants
- other special valves for the markets.
