Organized by the leading trade fair organiser ITE Group Plc’s Turkey office EUF, IWE Istanbul Water Expo will be held from 03 - 05 September 2015 at Istanbul Expo Center with the support of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration, UCLG MEWA, Turkish Water Foundation and MEM-TEK National Research Center on Membrane Technologies.

IWE Istanbul Water Expo will bring together a comprehensive range of the latest technologies and developments in sustainable utilization of water resources, water saving, wastewater treatment and water reuse on the same platform. According to Frost & Sullivan's research, Turkey's water and wastewater market is on the threshold of significant growth. To conform Turkey's EU environmental legislation in the framework of EU conformity laws stated that about $82,2 billion investment is needed in the years 2007-2023. 80 % of this investment is expected to be implemented by the public, while the remainder is expected to be implemented by the private sector. Turkey has strong historical, cultural and economic ties with the neighbouring countries of Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the CIS, the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa.
