Manufacturer Bray presents two high performance ball valves designed for application specific solutions in the harshest environments.

Bray’s segmented ball valves Series 19 and Series 19L combine the shearing action of a knife gate valve, control characteristics of a globe valve, and sealing performance of a ball valve in a versatile high-performance rotary control valve designed for modulating and on-off applications. Ensuring simplified field maintenance, our Series 19 and Series 19L are able to reduce downtime and lower the cost of ownership.

The Series 19L is the severe service edition in Bray’s product family of control valves. Combining the versatile designs of the standard Series 19, this redesigned series is available with advanced material selections and options specifically developed for highly abrasive slurry and severe service applications.

The Series 19L is designed to provide application specific solutions for each need in various industries. The resistant seat design and customizable internal surface coatings prevent body wall erosion and provide increased hardness.

Additionally, the flange retainer with uninterrupted gasket surface provides easy access for field installation and repairability and the characterized segment ensures high rangeability and high flow capacity – making this control valve the first choice in the most demanding of applications.

Proven customer success has shown that the Series 19/19L increases valve service life 5x, eliminating shutdowns and improving profitability. Hence, these Control Valves can directly improve uptime and increase productivity.
