Global valve services expanded for reliable operation

To this end, the company is investing in expanding its valve aftermarket service capabilities in the Middle East. Also they will strengthen their service teams in the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition, new diagnostic equipment is being introduced to make maintenance processes more efficient and improve the analysis of valve conditions.

These measures follow the appointment of David Young as Valve Aftermarket Service Development Director last year. According to Young, aftermarket services are becoming increasingly important to customers as they are designed to ensure competitiveness, reduce emissions and extend the service life of existing equipment. Celeros FT is therefore investing specifically in new equipment, optimised processes and qualified personnel to meet these requirements.

The company has many years of experience and comprehensive technical expertise, supported by its own OEM brands such as M&J Valve and Copes-Vulcan. This expertise enables Celeros FT to tailor maintenance and repair services to the individual requirements of its customers. Industries such as power generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals and nuclear energy rely on the company’s technical experience for the supply and maintenance of critical flow control systems.

Comprehensive valve services and training courses

The service portfolio includes the installation and commissioning of valves, on-site inspections such as pre-outage checks, fault diagnostics, workshop repairs and general overhauls. In addition, spare parts are provided, including obsolescence management, and measures to reduce fugitive emissions are carried out.

An important part of the services is cooperation with customers. Through the Valve Academy, Celeros FT offers practical training programmes. They strengthen customers’ internal valve management skills. This enables operators to improve their own maintenance. Also they can repair processes and extend the service life of their equipment.

The services are available through a global network of strategically located service centres. This ensures fast response times, local access to experts and comprehensive support throughout the entire valve lifecycle. The company thus positions itself as a partner for customers who want to operate, maintain or optimise valve installations.
