The “IAD – Industriearmaturen & Dichtungstechnik” team is back from its winter break. In 2025, we want to make our IAD specialist portal even more attractive with lots of exciting activities. Here you can already find a first preview of our program.
For more than 30 years, the trade magazine “IAD – Industriearmaturen & Dichtungstechnik” has been the leading source of information on fittings, valves, actuators and seals in Germany. The German-language edition is published four times a year and brings together business and science.
In the magazine you will find interesting technical reports, exclusive interviews and the latest industry news. Each issue also contains a product guide and a market directory.
Special topics: Hydrogen, sustainability and co.
Of course, the industry’s trending topics are also included. We devote ourselves to these in extensive topic specials. In 2025, the focus will be on the following aspects:

International presence is being expanded
We don’t just want to reach our German-speaking readership with our informative content. That’s why two international editions are planned for 2025, which will be published entirely in English. Industrial Valves will be published in February and July 2025.
“Our international edition ‘Industrial Valves 2024’ was very well received and sold out very quickly at numerous trade fairs. Due to the high demand, we have decided to publish two international editions in 2025,” says IAD Editor-in-Chief Michael Heeg.
IAD represented at numerous trade fairs
The magazines – both in German and English – reach our subscribers as well as visitors to numerous trade fairs. In 2025, the main focus will be on DIAM & DDM in Leipzig and Bochum. As a premium media partner, we will organize a lecture forum and publish an exhibitor catalog at both events.
Other important events for 2025 are PUMPS & VALVES in Dortmund, the Hydrogen Technology Expo in Hamburg and our Dichtungskolloquium 2025, where users and manufacturers of sealing technology will meet at the industry’s must-attend event on June 4 and 5, 2025 at the top location FUNKE Event Center in Essen.
