The transaction reinforces the AVK Group’s commitment to expanding its production capabilities and strengthening its overall butterfly valve offering for a wide range of industrial applications requiring high performance and reliability.
Under the terms of the agreement, AVK Industrial Solutions S.r.l. assumes ownership of the business dedicated to the manufacturing of triple offset valves, including 42 employees currently based at the Piacenza facility.

This acquisition enables the AVK Group to further enhance its product portfolio, drive innovation across high performance product lines, and deliver comprehensive valve solutions to customers across multiple industrial segments — including the energy market.

The PetrolValves production site in Piacenza has been operational since 2018, specialising in the production of high-performance ball valves and triple offset valves.
Following the acquisition, the site will be seamlessly integrated into the organisation of AVK Industrial Solutions S.r.l. and AVK’s global production network, ensuring continuity for employees, customers, and suppliers.
With this strategic step, AVK Industrial Solutions S.r.l. further solidifies its position as a trusted partner for high-performance valve solutions.
