AUMA: Old acquaintance returns to the management board

Ferdinand Dirnhofer has resumed his position as Managing Director at AUMA Riester GmbH & Co. KG once again. Mirko Pannwitz, who had held the position of Chief Sales Officer since July 2022, left the company on 31 March 2023.

The Advisory Board, the Partners and Company Management thank Mirko Pannwitz for his successful activities and wish him the very best for the future combined with success.

“Looking forward to his support”

Ferdinand Dirnhofer, who, after 30 business years with AUMA, decided to terminate his long-standing operative activities as Managing Director, has taken up the position again as CSO as of 1 March 2023.

“We are very pleased that Mr Dirnhofer will support AUMA again with his many years of experience and know how. For the further development of the company, visions and impulses are a core factor of success. We welcome him with pleasure.”, confirms Dr. Jörg Hoffmann, CEO of the AUMA Group.

Return to AUMA after a break of almost one year

Dirnhofer had only left the company as Managing Director in the summer of 2022 and is now returning.

“I have spent my complete business life at AUMA and felt always good. Therefore, it is a matter-of-fact to take up ones duties again if this is needed by the company.”, comments Ferdinand Dirnhofer on his return to his previous position.
