The 20m Euro building will facilitate coordination of increasingly global business activities for the leader in modular electric actuators. With space for over 200 workplaces, departments formerly dispersed across various locations on the company’s premises in Muellheim, Germany will be harmonised in the new building. Additionally, a training area of 4,200 square metres housed within the building supports increasing demand for advanced training on key topics related to process automation.
Commenting on the investment and advancement for the company, Henrik Newerla, AUMA’s Technical Managing Director, reported that the new building’s sophisticated architecture will be advantageous for staff working in the premises and showcase the company to both national and international visitors. Building completion is scheduled for spring 2016.

Construction shell completed at new AUMA administration building

Construction work for the new administration centre at AUMA’s headquarters is on schedule with completion of the shell in November 2014, and commencement of façade and interior finishing work.
