The long-established company offers a wide range of standard valves from stock which are adapted for a variety of applications. In recent years the share of customised special designs has increased enormously. With a high level of flexibility and a trustful relationship with their customers nowadays Berluto produces more and more small series or even single items in the modern machinery pool in Toenisvorst.
The new series of pressure reducers tolerates media temperatures up to 190 °C and is thus ideally suited for critical media like aggressive gases and liquids or fully desalinated water. Despite the compact dimensions with a non-rising stem the valves provide a high discharge rate with smooth flow characteristics. All types are pre-pressure relieved i.e. fluctuations of the upstream pressure will not affect the set back pressure. As standard the valves are offered with internal threads (ISO 228) or flange connections (DIN EN 1092). Special versions with NPT threads, ANSI flanges or dairy couplings are available on request.
Due to the flexible modular system and various pressure ranges this new series offers nearly infinite possibilities for almost every application.  And finally the cost-efficient and trouble-free maintenance is to be mentioned: All types are equipped with an easily replaceable low-maintenance cartridge. The entire DRV-VA series is available as of now from stock or within a few days.
